What we collect

When you fill in the consultation form we receive: your name, your company name and activity, your mobile number, your website or account link, and your answers to the form questions (service type, start time, approximate budget, and who makes the decision). We never ask for banking or ID details.

Why we collect it

• To contact you within 24 hours and agree on a call time.
• To understand your situation before the call so we can give useful advice from the first conversation.
• To decide whether we can help you or not, and tell you frankly.

Where it's stored and who sees it

Your request reaches the Beehive team only, through our hosting provider's form service, and is stored there and in our internal follow-up tools. We never sell your data or share it with any third party for their own purposes, and we don't send recurring marketing messages unless you ask for them.

Measurement tools

The site uses Meta Pixel to measure visits and the performance of our ads, and it may be used to show you our ads later on Meta platforms. This tool collects general browsing data and does not collect your name or mobile number from the form. You can disable it in your browser settings or in the ad settings of your Meta account.

Retention period

We keep your request for as long as we're in contact, and if no engagement follows we delete it within 12 months of the request date.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data by emailing info@beehivesa.com or messaging us on WhatsApp, and we reply within 7 working days.

External links

Some work on the site opens on external platforms such as YouTube and Google Drive, each with its own privacy policy.

If we change this policy we publish the new version here with the update date.
